This Service Agreement outlines the labor rates, service conditions, billing policies, and terms under which Secure It Securities provides fire alarm and security-related services.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Secure It Securities provides professional services for the following systems:

  1. Fire Alarm Systems
  2. Surveillance / CCTV Systems
  3. Burglar Alarm Systems
  4. Access Control Systems
  5. Intercom Systems
  6. Services include, but are not limited to:
  7. Troubleshooting and diagnostics
  8. Repairs and replacements
  9. Programming and reprogramming
  10. Testing and inspections
  11. Emergency response

2. SERVICE RESPONSE & COVERAGE

Standard response time: within 72 hours

Normal service request lead time: 1–3 business days

Service area: New York State, including the five boroughs and Long Island

Drive time: billed door-to-door from Secure It Securities’ office in Pearl River, NY 10901 

3. NORMAL SERVICE HOURS & RATES

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

All service work is billed in accordance with the minimum labor requirements regardless of actual time spent on site.

4. OVERTIME SERVICE RATES

Monday – Friday before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM

6. BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS

  1. All service work is billed based on labor minimums and applicable hourly rates.
  2. Service invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
  3. For emergency service, payment authorization may be required prior to dispatch.
  4. Secure It Securities reserves the right to suspend service for accounts past due beyond 45 days.

7. TAXES

  1. All prices are subject to applicable New York State and local sales taxes.
  2. Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide a valid tax-exempt certificate prior to invoicing.

8. EMERGENCY SERVICE DEFINITION

Emergency service is defined as:

  1. Any service request outside normal business hours
  2. Any condition requiring immediate response to protect life, property, or code compliance
  3. Any AHJ-mandated corrective action requiring urgent attention
  4. Emergency service rates and minimums apply automatically under these conditions.

9. MATERIALS & ADDITIONAL COSTS

  1. Materials, replacement parts, and specialty equipment are billed separately.
  2. Parking fees, tolls, and special access fees are billed at cost.
  3. Any additional work outside the original service scope requires customer approval.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Secure It Securities shall not be responsible for:

  1. Pre-existing system defects
  2. Manufacturer defects
  3. Damage caused by third parties
  4. Failure of non-maintained or obsolete equipment
  5. All work is performed in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturer specifications.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By authorizing service, the customer agrees to all rates, minimums, and terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
