When I first hired a new salesman, we sat down for training to go over how he could best promote the offers we already had in the business.
At one point, he stopped and asked me:
It’s a fair question and the truth isn’t glamorous. I spent a lot of money doing a lot of the wrong things until I found the right people to invest in. Every mistake became a lesson, and every dollar spent on failure was tuition for what I know now. But instead of giving him a long lecture, I decided to show him how simple it can be to create an offer for anything.
Let’s say you’re a stay-at-home mom with twins. Your husband works, the bills are covered, but you still want to contribute without getting a job that takes you away from your kids.
So, what do you do every morning? You wake up, cook breakfast, get the kids dressed, pack their bags, and make sure they’re ready for school. You already have a repeatable system.
